1. Processing & Dispatch

Please allow 3–5 working days for processing and production before dispatch.

During high-demand periods (e.g Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take longer, and next-day services may be temporarily suspended.

Typical Shipping Times by Region

United States & Canada: ~8–11 business days on average

European countries (UK, Germany, Spain, France, etc.): ~9–12 business days

Asian destinations (Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia): ~7–12 days

Australia & New Zealand: ~11–15 days

Countries in Latin America (e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Chile): often longer — ~12–18 days

Many African countries (e.g., South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya): typically longer than Europe/Asia — ~12–21 days

 

Brazil and some other South American destinations can be the longest, often ~20 days
